Reset/Change Password
To reset or change
your password:
- Go to the Password Reset Tool.
- Choose from the 2 options:
Option A:
- Select I know my email password and I want to change it.
- Enter your info in all fields on the Subscriber Self Care page.
- Select Login.
- Select Change Password next to your email.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Select Change Password.
Option B:
- If you forgot your email password, select I don’t know my email password.
- Enter your email address.
- Select Submit and follow the prompts.
Note:
- If it’s your first time using the password reset tool, you’ll be prompted to enter your Cable Modem ID (same as your MAC Address) and answer your Security Verification question.
- Make sure you follow the password guidelines when changing your password.
Forgot Username
To retrieve your username:
- Go to the Username Retrieval Tool.
- Enter your 10-digit phone number.
- Follow the prompts.
- Select Submit.
